What habits are you ready to change?
I don’t know about you, but I am one of those folks that loves the Christmas holidays. I love the twinkly lights, the sweets, the treats, and of course the rum and eggnog.
The problem?
Life has been going at supersonic speed and I am already exhausted! And I’m wondering how I’m going to enjoy “the most wonderful time of the year’ if I’m already burnt out? I haven’t been sleeping well, which always means I need to rein it in and change my habit of having a glass of wine in the evening. (cue the sad music in the background).
Shifting a habit always sucks in the beginning (because I feel like I will never have another glass of wine in my life) but I always love the feeling after I cross the finish line. I not only physically and emotionally feel restored I get this boost of confidence that reminds me that I can do it.
So tell me something.
Have you been stuck in your head about starting something new that’s outside of your comfort zone?
Do you want to create a mindset that will allow you to get crystal clear on what you’re working towards?

Have no fear ‘Help is on the way!’
Stay tuned, as I have something brewing that will offer a simple practical approach to reduce overwhelm, procrastination, imposter syndrome and shift any habits that are constantly ruining your day.
